Rachele Mascolo

Rachele Mascolo, PedRN, MS student, is a children nurse at Bambino Gesù Children’s Hospital of Rome, Italy. Her clinical background includes pediatric sub intensive care nursing focusing particularly on children with complex chronic diseases.
Rachele cooperates with the research team of the Bambino Gesù Children’s Hospital and is co-author of several publications including papers on family-centered care in NICUs, and assessing and improving self-care behaviours in children and young people with complex chronic conditions.
Rachele also contributed in implementating Bedside PEWS in the hospital context and holds a MA in English and French Language.
