Hanna Hlushchenko

I am the deputy director of the State Agency “Center for Nursing Delevopment of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine”. My way in health care had started in 2003 year, when I came work to the hospital in Kyiv, capital of Ukraine.
I realized that I want to develop and grow up the as leader.
In 2021, Kateryna Balabanova invited me to become the deputy director of the Center and to apply my practical knowledge for the development of the profession in Ukraine.
When the full-scale invasion began, my colleagues and I once again made sure that we were needed at our workplaces and remained in Ukraine. After all, ensuring communication between regions, hospitals, support and development of nurses during the war ensures stability and safety of the country’s population. Nursing is an important profession without which the healthcare system is simply not possible.
