She is a member of the National Paediatric Nurses Commission in National Federation of Orders of Nursing Professions.

She has been a lecturer of “Maternal, child and adolescent nursing” for the Bachelor in Nursing at the University of Trieste. She is also author of articles on: nursing care in pediatric emergency room, pediatric triage, non-pharmacological treatment of pain in children, nursing care for the abused child

She was manager of the company network of company contacts for training and responsible for the planning, organization and management of training events at the Institute for Maternal and Child Healt IRCCS Burlo Garofolo of Trieste. She was also manager of a surgical department and a pediatric emergency room.
