Carla Garlatti

Carla Garlatti, was born in Udine on May 20^th 1957. Graduated with a Law degree in Padua. She entered the judiciary in 1986: she served as a judge in the courts of Udine, Milan, Venice and Padua. In Venice, she also served as an adviser to the Court of Appeal. She has worked in the legislative office of the Ministry of Justice and has taken part in various organizations in the field of family and child law, including the National Observatory for Childhood and Adolescence. For four years she presided over the juvenile court in Trieste. Since January 14^th 2021 she has held the position of holder of the Authority for Childhood and Adolescence.
