Angelo Ricci

Married, he has two daughters. He is an architect. He has been involved in paediatric oncology since the death of his first daughter from non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. He was president of the Italian Association against Neuroblastoma, then of ABEO Liguria, a parents’ organisation offering help, support and accommodation to patients and families in Genoa, and then, for nine years, President of FIAGOP, the National Federation of Associations of Parents of Children and Adolescents in Paediatric Oncohaematology. He is currently its Vice-President. He is a member of the National Coordination Centre of territorial ethics committees for clinical trials on medicines for human use and medical devices.
